Number Of Ingredients 12

2 cups of water
1 cup of ketchup
One tablespoon of paprika
Four tablespoons of sugar (brown)
Eight tablespoons of corn syrup
Eight tablespoons of white vinegar
Two tablespoons of garlic powder
Six tablespoons of Pectin powder
Two pinches of cayenne pepper
Eight tablespoons minced red bell pepper
Two tablespoon cornstarch
One teaspoon of canned jalapeno peppers

Steps:

  • Keep the Jalapeno Peppers, Red Pepper, and Cornstarch aside.
  • In a Blender, Combine all other ingredients and blend for at least 30 seconds.
  • Now in a small saucepan on medium heat, combine the blended mixture, Jalapeno Peppers and Red Peppers together, stir and simmer for 21 minutes.
  • After 21 minutes, add in cornstarch and allow it to simmer for another 11 minutes on low heat until it thickens.
  • Allow the sauce to cool before serving.
