Bulletproof® Hot Chocolate is a great alternative to Bulletproof® Coffee for a tasty treat on a cold winter's day. It's low carb and refined sugar free. Perfect for people on the ketogenic diet.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1-2 tablespoon unsalted grassfed butter
2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoon MCT oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 teaspoon Erythritol (or stevia)
1 tablespoon Cacao butter (optional)
dash cinnamon (optional)
whipped cream for topping (optional)

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, bring water and coconut milk to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and add the mixture along with the rest of the ingredients (except whipped cream) to a blender. Be careful when blending hot liquids. Alternatively, you could use a hand blender. Blend until frothy.
  • Pour into a mug, top with whipped cream, and enjoy!
