Steps:
- Heat grill to medium-high and spray 4 sheets of aluminum foil with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire, and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Form into four patties.
- Place each patty on a sheet of aluminum foil with frozen fries. Fold up foil packs.
- Grill 10 minutes, then open foil packs and top patties with cheddar. Cover grill to let melt, 2 minutes.
- Top burgers with pickles and tomatoes and drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
BURGER AND VEGGIE FOIL PACKS

- Heat oven to 450°. Cut four 18x12-inch sheets of aluminum foil.
- Mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend, the onion powder and salt. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place 1 patty on each foil sheet about 2 inches from 12-inch side. Top each with 1/2 cup vegetables and 8 steak fries. Place 1 piece of corn next to each patty. Divide remaining 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend among vegetables. Bring up 2 sides of foil so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion. Fold other sides to seal.Place packets on large cookie sheet.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F. Place packets on plates. To serve, cut large X across top of each packet; carefully fold back foil.

BURGER DINNER FOIL PACKETS
Burger Hobo Packets are an easy way to cook a complete meal in one foil pack. Filled with meat and veggies, it's the ultimate one dish dinner for the summer season.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the ground beef with the onion soup mix into a large bowl, mix to combine. Separate into 6 equal-sized portions. Shape into patties and set aside.
- Place the cut potatoes, carrots, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika into a large bowl, stir to combine so the veggies are coated.
- Lay a 12x18 piece of heavy-duty foil on the counter. Spray with cooking spray. Place ⅙ of the veggies in the middle of the foil. Add a hamburger patty on top. Close the foil around the ingredients to form a little pouch.
- Place on sheet trays, bake for 45 minutes or until the veggies are tender and the burger patties reach at least 160°F. (Other cooking methods: see notes)
- Open the foil packs and place a slice of cheese on top of the burger patty. Loosely cover with foil again for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted, serve.

GRILLED TACO BURGER AND POTATO FOIL PACKS

- Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, taco seasoning mix and milk until well blended. Shape mixture into 4 (4-inch) patties. In another medium bowl, mix frozen potatoes and dip.
- Cut 4 (18x12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil; spray with cooking spray. Place 1 patty on each; top with 1/4 of potato mixture. Wrap each pack securely using double-fold seals, allowing room for heat expansion.
- When grill is heated, place packs, seam side up, on grill over medium heat; cover grill. Cook 15 to 25 minutes, rearranging packs several times, until patties are thoroughly cooked.
- To make in oven, place packs on cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and burgers are cooked through (at least 165°F in center).

CAMPING BURGERS IN FOIL
Here's an old standby I use often. You can use other little goodies as well, such as mushrooms, real sliced onions, etc. If real potatoes are used, the cooking time will be longer.

Steps:
- Separate meat into 4 patties.
- Place each patty in the center of a square Of foil.
- Top with equal portions of sliced carrots, potatoes and peppers.
- Season with dehydrated onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Seal foil. Check for leaks.
- Place on hot coals for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Turn and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.

Steps:
- Shape beef into 4 flat patties and place each in the centre of a piece of foil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder, if using.
- Peel onion, cut into 4 thick slices and place on top of each patty.
- Cut potato into 1/4 inch thick slices and place on top of onion.
- Spread with ketchup or sauce.
- Peel carrots and cut into strips.
- Place on top of potato slices.
- Sprinkle with a bit more salt and pepper.
- Dot with butter.
- Bring sides of foil up over meat and vegetables and enclose in packets.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 60 to 75 minutes in 375F oven.
