Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°; grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
- In a bowl, mix all the streusel topping ingredients together with a wooden spoon; set aside.
- To make the cake-cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add in the eggs, two at a time, mixing until well blended.
- Mix in the buttermilk and extracts.
- Sift together and stir in the remaining dry ingredients.
- Fill the pan halfway with the batter; sprinkle with 2/3 of the streusel topping.
- Add the rest of the batter; top with remaining streusel topping.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, until a pick comes out clean.
- Cool; to unmold, place a plate firmly on top of the pan and flip, being careful to preserve the streusel.

- In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Stir baking soda into remaining flour mixture. Combine the buttermilk, egg and vanilla; stir into flour mixture just until moistened., Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Add the toffee bits to the reserved crumb topping; sprinkle over batter. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl the topping., Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

- Make the streusel topping: Mix together flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon salt. Cut in butter using a pastry cutter or rub in with your fingers until small to medium clumps form. Mix in 1/2 cup pecans. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Make the streusel center: Mix together remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 cup pecans.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make the cake: Butter a 9-inch tube pan with a removable bottom. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt into a bowl.
- Beat butter and granulated sugar with a mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, then vanilla. Beat in flour mixture in 3 additions, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour. Continue to beat until well combined.
- Spoon half the batter into pan. Sprinkle streusel center mixture evenly over batter. Top with remaining batter, and spread evenly using an offset spatula. Sprinkle streusel topping mixture evenly over batter.

- Make the glaze: Mix together confectioners' sugar and milk. Drizzle over cake, and let drip down sides. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk, mixing just until incorporated. Sir in blueberries. Pour batter into prepared pan.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9-inch tube pan; set aside. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until pale and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the flour mixture in 3 batches, alternating with sour cream and beginning and ending with the flour. Beat until just combined, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
- Spoon half the batter into prepared pan. Arrange cherries in a single layer on top (but not against the pan's edge, as cherries may stick or burn). Top with the remaining batter, and smooth with an offset spatula. Sprinkle with streusel.
- Bake until cake is golden brown and springs back when touched, 40 to 45 minutes. Let cake cool on a wire rack set over a piece of parchment paper for 10 to 15 minutes. Run a knife around edges of cakes to loosen, and unmold. Let cool on rack.
- Spoon glaze over top, letting it drip down sides. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. Cake can wrapped plastic and stored for up to 4 days.
GRANDMA'S BLUEBERRY STREUSEL COFFEECAKE
My grandma cut out this recipe from the Daily Herald newspaper many years ago. I think it may be the best coffeecake I've ever had.

- Preheat oven to 385 degrees. Grease a 9- or 10-inch pie plate.
- For the streusel topping, use a fork and a small bowl to blend the sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and butter until crumbly. Set aside.
- For the cake, sift together flour, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients, then fold in the blueberries.
- Spread cake mixture into prepared pie dish and sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake 50-60 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, if possible.
