Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan.
  • Combine cake mix, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Stir in butterscotch chips and pecans. Spread in pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 large egg yolks
2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup Smucker's® Orchard's Finest® Northwest Triple Berry Preserves

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 325 degrees F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • BEAT butter until soft and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, beating until well blended. Gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly. Fold in nuts.
  • SPREAD half of batter evenly into prepared pan. Spread with preserves. Top with remaining batter dropped by spoonfuls.
  • BAKE 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars.

2 cups packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons water
½ cup butter, softened
3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease an 11x7x2-inch pan.
  • Melt 1 cup butter in a large saucepan. Add 2 cups light brown sugar and beat well to mix. Cool the mixture slightly, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Sift together all-purpose flour, salt and baking powder. Stir it into the wet ingredients, then add the walnuts or pecans (see Cook's Note). Mix well.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a light gold. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out of pan and let brownies finish cooling on a rack.
  • To Make Frosting: Dissolve coffee in the water. Cream 1/2 cup butter with confectioner's sugar. Beat it until light. Blend the coffee into sugar mixture and spread frosting over the brownies. When frosting has set, cut brownies into squares. Enjoy!

DOUGH:
1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast

3-1/2 to 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat butter and flour until combined; spread into a 12x6-in. rectangle on a piece of waxed paper. Cover with another piece of waxed paper; refrigerate for at least 1 hour., In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the milk, sugar, egg, salt and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. , Roll dough into a 14-in. square. 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ butter pecan cake mix
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon fleur de sel sea salt or coarse sea salt, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). In small bowl or 2-cup measuring cup, mix topping and 1 tablespoon of the dry cake mix. In large bowl, stir together remaining dry cake mix, the butter and egg, using fork, until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture. Using a piece of plastic wrap on crumb mixture, press remaining mixture in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of ungreased 9-inch square pan; remove wrap.

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups sweetened shredded coconut, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides., In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and salt; stir in 1 cup melted butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake until light brown, 12-15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack.   • Melt the chocolate chips with the 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter, and spread on top of the graham cracker mixture.

The bars well keep for up to 2 weeks if stored in an airtight container in the fridge (don't worry you will be lucky if they make it overnight lol!) The recipe calls for only one Skor bar to be added in to the dough, I used two, only becase we love Skor bars!

2 (39 g) Skor candy bars
3/4 cup butter (no subs!)
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 1/4 cups flour

  • Set oven to 300 degrees (oven rack to lowest position).
  • Prepare an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
  • Coarsley chop 1 chocolate bar into about 1/4-inch pieces; set remaining chocolate bar aside.
  • In a medium bowl using an electric mixer beat butter until smooth.
  • Gradually beat in icing sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in vanilla and salt.
  • Using a wooden spoon stir in 1 cup flour JUST until mixed.
  • Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup flour with the chopped Skor bar pieces just until mixed.
  • Place the mixture into prepared baking pan, using lightly-floured fingers, pat mixture into an even thickness.
  • Using a fork pierce the dough all over.

  • Bake for about 35-40 minutes (300 degrees) until edges are deep golden and center is pale golden.
  • Remove from oven and immediately cut into 2-inch squares.
  • Cool completely in the pan.

140g butter , plus extra for the tin
2 large eggs
350g light muscovado sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
250g self-raising flour
100g bar milk chocolate (we used Green & Black's), cut in big chunks
100g macadamia or pecan nuts, coarsely chopped
icing sugar for dusting

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to fan 160C/conventional 180C/gas 4. Melt the butter in a small bowl and leave to cool. Butter a shallow tin about 20 x 24cm. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Melt the butter, then add to eggs with the sugar and vanilla. Tip in the flour and stir in with the chocolate and three-quarters of the nuts. Don't over-beat.
  • Spread the mixture in the tin, scatter over the rest of the nuts and bake for 25-30 minutes, then cut into 12 bars. Dust with icing sugar.
