CADBURY EGG CUPCAKES
These Cadbury Egg Cupcakes are such a treat, featuring a simple chocolate cupcake with a hidden surprise. Inside each cupcake is a whole Cadbury Egg. These cupcakes are delicious and fun to eat because the egg remains whole and intact. These are one of the best Easter Cupcakes you will ever taste.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cupcake pan with liners. Spritz with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cake mix and ingredients for making cake.
- Using a large scoop, divide the batter between the cupcake liners.
- Place one, unwrapped, frozen Cadbury Egg in the middle of each cupcake liner.
- Bake cupcakes for 15 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted to the sides of the egg comes out clean. (Do not pierce through the center where the egg is.)
- Allow cupcakes to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Pipe frosting from the middle of each cupcake to the outer edge and back to the middle to create a peak.
- Press one mini Cadbury Caramel Egg into the peak of each cupcake. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.

- Scoop batter into paper liner 2/3 of the way full. Place one frozen Mini Cadbury Creme Egg into the middle of each cupcake. Use a spatula to spread the batter over the egg.Bake according to the recipe you are using. Allow cupcakes to cool completely.While your cupcakes are cooking, make your buttercream. My favorite recipe can be found within this Fundamentals Buttercream Frosting Post.Remove about 1 cup of buttercream from the mixing bowl and dye it yellow.Assemble your piping bag fitted with a large tip and pipe a large circle around the perimeter of the cupcake.Fill in the center of the circle with the yellow buttercream and top with a Mini Cadbury Cream Egg.
