2 cups sour cream
2 cups vanilla yogurt
Zest of 1 lemon
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks

Steps:

For the dip: Stir together the sour cream, yogurt and lemon zest in a bowl. Set aside in the fridge.
For the streusel topping: Add the flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and 1 cup of the walnuts to a microwave-safe bowl and stir until combined. Microwave, stopping every minute to stir, until the mixture darkens and starts to come together, about 4 minutes. Cool the streusel flat on a plate until slightly hardened, 5 to 8 minutes.
Add half of the dip to a large bowl, then sprinkle on the chocolate chips followed by a layer of the streusel. Add the remaining dip and smooth the top. Add the remaining streusel and 1 cup walnuts.

Nonstick cooking spray, for the baking sheets
One 15.25-ounce box chocolate devil's food cake, red velvet, confetti or yellow cake mix (plus required ingredients)
6 ounces white chocolate, melted
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Vanilla frosting, for dipping

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Spray two 18-by-13-inch rimmed baking sheets with nonstick spray.
Prepare the cake batter according to the package directions and divide it between the prepared baking sheets. Bake until the tops are dry and beginning to crack, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
Drizzle with the melted chocolate and top with the sprinkles. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature, about 45 minutes.
Break the cake into chip-size pieces. Serve with the frosting on the side for dipping.

Stir dry cake mix, cool whip, and yogurt together until well incorporated. Can add more yogurt and cool whip if you want the dip to be a thinner consistency.
Decorate with sprinkles or use funfetti cake mix.
