This is a very simple recipe that was designed to be used while camping but works just as well in your home oven, too!

Yield 2 Cups, 2 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon seasoning salt

Steps:

  • Cut potatoes into equally-sized wedges or fries.
  • Make a pouch out of aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray (home oven use: greased bread tin).
  • Place cut potatoes in and spread/sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the top of them.
  • Seal the pouch and place on indirect flame for about 45 minutes (home oven use: cover tin with foil, bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes).
