1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cut bread in half lengthwise, then in half widthwise. Place cut side up in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Brush with butter. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. , Spread marinara sauce over bread. Top with Canadian bacon, pineapple, green pepper, onions and cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each piece in half.

1/3 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chive & onion cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
3 oz Hormel® Black Label® Thin Cut or Thick Cut Canadian Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (from a 6 oz package)
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl, mix Crust ingredients until soft dough forms. Divide dough into 4 portions; press each onto cookie sheet to form 6-inch round circles, forming 1/2-inch ridge around each.
  • In small bowl, beat eggs and 2 tablespoons water with whisk until mixed well. In 8- to 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat just until it begins to sizzle and look hot. Pour egg mixture into skillet, and gently lift cooked portions around edge with spatula so uncooked portion can flow to bottom. Avoid constant stirring. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist and creamy; set aside.
  • Carefully spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese spread on each of the Bisquick crusts to within 1/4 inch of edge. Top with scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, bell pepper and Cheddar cheese. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until crusts are golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with chives.

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

4 ounces VELVEETA™ Original Cheese loaf (from 8 oz. box), cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 package (3.5 oz) pizza-style sliced Canadian-style bacon
6 eggs or 1 1/2 cups fat-free egg product
1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray or grease with shortening. In large bowl, toss potatoes, 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, the flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Press potato mixture in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, in small microwavable bowl, cover and microwave cheese product cubes and 2 tablespoons milk on High 1 minute; stir until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mustard until well blended.   • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat 6 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the pepper with fork or wire whisk until well mixed.
  • In 10-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat just until butter begins to sizzle. Pour egg mixture into skillet. As mixture begins to set at bottom and side, gently lift cooked portions with spatula so that thin, uncooked portion can flow to bottom. Avoid constant stirring. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist.
  • Spoon scrambled eggs over hot crust. Drizzle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese sauce. Sprinkle with chives. Use a spatula to lift servings from pan.

1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut lengthwise into 1-inch-thick spears
8 ounces Canadian bacon, thickly sliced
Pizza Dough for Grilled Pizzas
Extra-virgin olive oil
4 ounces fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Mint leaves, for garnish

Steps:

  • Heat a grill until medium-hot. Grill pineapple and bacon, turning once, until browned, about 2 minutes. Cut into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
  • Generously brush one side of pizza dough with oil; grill, oiled side down, until underside is golden brown and top begins to bubble, 3 to 5 minutes. Quickly brush top with oil; flip crust. 1 (11 ounce) thin crust pizza dough (I used Pillsbury but use homemade if desired)
1 (6 1/2 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or more, fontina would be good also)
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce (can use more, we do not like saucy)
4 ounces Canadian bacon, cut into strips
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies, drained
feta cheese
2 slices red onions, coarsely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spread dough on large greased cookie sheet.
  • Drain artichoke hearts reserving some of the marinade. Set hearts aside.
  • Brush crust with some of the reserved marinade.
  • Brush on garlic.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over crust.
  • Bake 5 minutes.
