1 package German chocolate cake mix (regular size)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped nuts
TOPPING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, egg, butter and nuts until well blended. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan; set aside. , In small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Carefully spread over batter. , Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

1-3/4 cups crushed chocolate wafers (about 28 wafers)
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
FILLING:
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs, lightly beaten
6 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each), coarsely chopped, divided
Additional chocolate syrup

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine wafer crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press onto the bottom and 1-1/2 in. up the sides of a greased 9-in. springform pan. Place pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square); securely wrap foil around pan. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs; beat just until combined. Stir in 2-1/2 cups chopped candy bars. Pour into crust. Place springform pan in a large baking pan; add 1 in. of hot water to larger pan. , Bake at 325° for 75-80 minutes or until center is just set and top appears dull. Remove springform pan from water bath. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight., Top with remaining chopped candy bars; drizzle with additional chocolate syrup.

3/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 Snickers bars (2.07 ounces each), cut into 1/4-inch pieces
3 plain milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each), coarsely chopped

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside 1/4 cup. Stir remaining dry ingredients into the egg mixture until well combined. Toss Snickers pieces with reserved flour mixture; stir into batter. , Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with milk chocolate candy bar pieces. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack. Chill before cutting.
