CANDY CANE BARK
This Christmas treat was published in the local paper 3 Xmas's ago along with other white chocolate recipes and for the next few days, you couldn't find white chocolate anywhere! These are incredibly easy and very tasty; looks great wrapped in cellophane and given as a little gift.

Steps:
- Break candy canes into 2 or 3 pieces and place in a plastic bag and close top; smash with kitchen mallet to take out your frustrations and pulverize the candy.
- In a small bowl, melt chocolate in microwave oven with Medium-Low power, checking every 30 seconds or so; white chocolate burns easily even in the microwave so better safe than sorry.
- Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Stir candy cane crumbs into melted white chocolate and stir well to combine.
- Pour chocolate mixture onto wax paper, spreading thin with a spatula.
- Stash cookie sheet in fridge about an hour or until it hardens.
- Hold wax paper by one corner and start peeling it back, breaking off pieces of the bark; store pieces in airtight container in fridge.
- Keeps well.

Steps:
- Melt the almond bark in a double boiler (I use a glass bowl over a saucepan of simmering water). Stir until smooth, then allow to cool slightly.
- Arrange the graham crackers on a rimmed baking sheet so that they're butted up against one another. Pour the melted almond bark over the top and use an offset spatula to spread it evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle on the pretzels, cookies, gummy bears, gummy worms, sour gummy worms, peanuts, chocolate candies and rainbow sprinkles. Lightly press the ingredients with the palm of your hand to make sure they're anchored. Refrigerate until completely set.
GUMMY BEAR BARK
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the graham crackers on top so that they're side-by-side.
- Heat the butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking. Once it starts to bubble, heat for 3 more minutes, then carefully pour over the graham crackers, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. Bake until bubbling, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle on the yogurt chips; let them melt for a few minutes. Use an offset spatula to spread them evenly all over. Add a few drops of food coloring, if desired, and swirl it around to get a marbled effect. Scatter on the gummy bears, a pinch of flaky salt and sprinkles, if using. Let set in the fridge until firm, 1 hour or up to overnight, then cut or break into pieces. Enjoy!
CRACKER BARK
Just plain good, easy, quick. Keeps well. The number of crackers you use will depend on the size of the cookie sheet. Let your imagination guide you to toppings and flavours of chocolate.
