RED LAYER:
2 (3-ounce) packages cherry jello
1 1/3 cups boiling water
2/3 cup Hot Damn liquor
WHITE LAYER:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup boiling water, divided
2 packages Knox gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 cup peppermint schnapps

Steps:

RED LAYER: Mix 2 packages cherry flavored jello with 1 1/3 cups boiling water. Stir jello until dissolved. Allow to cool and stir in 2/3 cup Hot Damn liquor. WHITE LAYER: Mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk with 1/2 cup boiling water. In a small bowl sprinkle 2 packages Knox gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Let stand a few minutes; add remaining 1/2 cup boiling water to dissolve gelatin. Add gelatin mixture to milk mixture and stir to combine. Cool to room temperature; add 3/4 cup peppermint schnapps and stir to combine. ASSEMBLING JELLO SHOT: Rotate a white layer and then a red layer making sure to refrigerate each layer until set. Garnish each shot with whip cream, crushed candy canes, and red sprinkles.

1 ½ cups boiling water, divided
1 (3 ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
2 cups vodka, divided
ice cubes
1 (3 ounce) package orange-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
2 tablespoons warm water
1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup light rum

Steps:

Pour 3/4 cup boiling water into a small bowl. Add lemon gelatin mix; stir until dissolved. Pour 1 cup vodka into a glass measuring cup; add enough ice to make 1 1/4 cup. Stir into lemon gelatin until slightly thickened; remove any unmelted ice. Fill tall shot glasses 1/3 of the way with lemon gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate until lemon gelatin layer is set, at least 90 minutes.
Pour remaining 3/4 cup boiling water into the small bowl. Add orange gelatin mix; stir until dissolved. Pour remaining 1 cup vodka into a glass measuring cup; add enough ice to make 1 1/4 cup. Stir into orange gelatin until slightly thickened; remove any unmelted ice. Pour over lemon gelatin layer.
Refrigerate until orange gelatin layer is set, at least 90 minutes.
Pour 2 tablespoons warm water into a bowl. Add unflavored gelatin; stir until dissolved. Stir in condensed milk and rum. Pour over orange gelatin layer.
Refrigerate until top layer is set, at least 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together 1 box cherry Jello, ½ an envelope of gelatin (a little over 1 tsp) and 1 cup of boiling water. Stir to completely dissolve gelatins. Stir in in 1/4 cup vodka. Pour into the prepared pan and place in the refrigerator to set, about 20 minutes.
While jello is chilling, make white layer mixture. Pour sweetened condensed milk into a medium bowl. Into a smaller bowl, add 2 packets unflavored gelatin and pour 1/2 cup cold water over it. Let sit for 2 minutes and then pour in 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve gelatin. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir in peppermint schnapps. Let cool to room temperature (this is to avoid colors running when you pour over red layer).
Pour 1/3 of white mixture (about 1 cup) over chilled red layer. Place in the refrigerator to set, about 20 minutes.

For white layer: Pour water into a small saucepan and sprinkle with unflavored gelatin and allow it to soak in a minute or two. Heat on medium-low, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. Stir in rum and sweetened condensed milk.
Place shot glasses at an angle in a muffin pan. Begin by spooning a couple teaspoons of red gelatin into each glass. Place in refrigerator and allow to partially set, about 20 minutes (it should no longer be liquid, and you should be able to lightly touch the surface with your finger). Next, add a little of the white gelatin to each glass. Replace in fridge until partially set, about 20 minutes. Repeat this process until you have the desired amount of layers. For the last layer you can sit the glass upright. Allow to set completely in fridge another 2-3 hours at least (or overnight).
When ready to serve, insert a mini candy cane into side of each glass and top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
