It doesn't get more festive than a candy cane martini for the holidays! Shake up a batch of this creamy cocktail for your holiday party.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 candy cane, finely crushed
Light corn syrup, for rimming the glasses
3 oz whipped cream vodka
3 oz white chocolate liqueur
3 oz peppermint schnapps
4 oz half-and-half
Ice
Mini candy canes, for garnish

Steps:

  • Pour the light corn syrup on to a small shallow dish. Pour the crushed candy canes onto another small shallow dish.
  • Dip two martini glasses first in the corn syrup, then in the crushed candy canes.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and peppermint schnapps. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Add the half-and-half to the cocktail shaker, and swirl to combine.
  • Divide the cocktail between the two martini glasses, garnish with a mini candy cane and serve.

Steps:

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, schnapps, and creme de menthe on top.

  • Pour a small amount of peppermint schnapps onto a small plate. Dip your martini glass rim into the schnapps and then onto a plate holding your crushed candy cane to decorate the rim.

sugar
30 ml vanilla vodka
30 ml peppermint schnapps
40 ml white chocolate liqueur
30 ml half-and-half cream
1 small candy cane (mini)

Steps:

  • Prepare 2 saucers. One with some grenadine syrup drizzled onto it & the second with about 1/2 tsp of sugar sprinkled onto it.
  • Dip the rim of the glass first into the grenadine then into the sugar.
  • Half fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add the vodka, schnapps and choc liqueur and shake.
  • Then add the half-and-half (add after shaking otherwise it'll be a shaker full of froth).
  • Drizzle some grenadine down the inside edges of the glass.
  • Swish the cocktail around a bit, then strain into your prepared martini glass and garnish with the mini candy cane.

12 ounces chocolate liqueur
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
6 candy canes (regular size), finely crushed
3/4 cup white baking chips
1-1/2 teaspoons shortening

Steps:

  • In a pitcher, combine cream, vodka and liqueur. Refrigerate until serving., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in 3 tablespoons crushed candies; pour remaining candies onto a small plate. Refrigerate whipped cream mixture until serving., In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Spread onto a small plate. Spin rims of 12 cocktail glasses into melted chip mixture, then into crushed candies. Pour vodka mixture into prepared glasses; dollop with whipped cream mixture. Steps:

  • Place crushed candy canes on a small plate or saucer. Wet the outside rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Holding the glass by the stem, rotate the rim to coat with candy.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, creme de menthe, cranberry juice, and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into prepared glass; serve immediately.
