2 jars (12 ounces each) strawberry jelly
2 liters lemon-lime soda, divided
2 quarts peppermint stick ice cream
Miniature candy canes, optional

Steps:

In a large saucepan, melt jelly with 2 cups soda. Chill the jelly mixture and remaining soda. Just before serving, place 6 cups ice cream in a punch bowl. Gently stir in jelly mixture. Add remaining soda. Add remaining ice cream by scoopfuls. Garnish with candy canes if desired.

Stir mixture before pouring into martini glasses to serve; garnish each glass with a candy cane.

1 candy cane, crushed, for garnish
2 ounces strawberry vodka
4 dashes white creme de menthe
2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
Ice cubes

Steps:

Place crushed candy canes on a small plate or saucer. Wet the outside rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Holding the glass by the stem, rotate the rim to coat with candy.
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, creme de menthe, cranberry juice, and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into prepared glass; serve immediately.

15 to 20 miniature candy canes
Chocolate-flavored syrup
Crushed candy canes
Ice
4 oz (1/2 cup) candy cane-infused vodka
2 oz (1/4 cup) peppermint schnapps

Steps:

To make infused vodka, pour vodka into airtight jar; add candy canes and seal jar. Let stand 10 to 12 hours to infuse the flavor, shaking periodically throughout the day.
To decorate rim of glass, pour chocolate syrup on 1 plate; place crushed candy canes on second plate. Dip rim of glass into chocolate; dip immediately into candy.
To make cocktail, in shaker full of ice, pour vodka and schnapps; shake. Pour into glass. If desired, squeeze some additional chocolate syrup into glass.

Now, add a candy cane to the glass. Just 1 will do. Allow this to sit in the glass for about 5 minutes. You will notice the 7UP starts to fizz (which is why you don’t want to overfill the glass) and the 7UP will start to change color and flavor!
Once the candy cane is done fizzing, fill the glass the rest of the way full. You can pop in some ice cubes and serve it up cold!
Serve and enjoy! This is a perfect kid-friendly recipe. However, if you want to make it adult-friendly you can add some vodka or white rum to the glass too!
