This was a "pregnancy" thing I came up with & still make to this day! I could live on these!!

Ingredients

1 medium italian sausage ( i use ring sausages cut to fit)
1 - hogie roll
- mayo (your amount)
- sour kraut (your amount)
2 slice(s) pepper jack cheese

Steps:

Slice the sausage in half length ways, fry on both sides, fry sourkraut in juice, pile all on hogie or my dill rye bread recipe with mayo and cheese. I wrap the sammich in foil and melt it in the toaster oven till its all gooey! Or grill if using flat bread.
This sammich is messy and will make you drool but is totally worth the mess!!

The name says it all. And the thicker you spread the mixture the more ooey and gooey it gets, which is my own personal preference. This makes for a nice picnic or in my case a potluck in which everyone enjoyed. The spread doesn't have to be eaten all at once, so refrigerate whatever is leftover or want for later on.

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup strawberry jam
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons Splenda granular, sugar substitute
1 large banana, mashed
2 tablespoons liquid honey
12 slices whole wheat bread
6 slices tomatoes (optional)

Steps:

In a medium bowl mix everything, except the bread and tomatoes together.
Spread generously over one slice of bread and top it with a second slice of bread to make a sandwich.

Marinated pork tenderloin rolled in puff pastry dough. This tastes great, and your friends and family will think you slaved for hours making it.

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
⅛ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed

Steps:

In a medium nonporous bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and mix well. Place the pork in the bowl, turning to coat well on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours, allowing the pork to marinate.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place tenderloin in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until internal pork temperature reaches 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
Remove pork from oven. Drain the liquid from the baking dish and reserve for later as a gravy, if desired. Roll out the two puff pastry sheets and wrap each piece of tenderloin in the dough, sealing the edges to completely enclose the meat. Return this to the baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
