CAPPUCCINO MIX

Steps:

• In a medium sized glass jar, combine the non-dairy creamer, chocolate drink mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.
• To prepare, place 2 tablespoons mix in a mug, pour in 3/4 cup boiling water, and stir until dissolved. Serve hot.

HOMEMADE CAPPUCCINO MIX

Steps:

• Combine creamer, drink mix (I used instant hot chocolate), coffee crystals, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, and mix well. Store in airtight container.
• Makes 3 cups dry mix, 15 servings.
• To prepare one serving, add 3 tablespoons mix to 6 ounces of hot water and stir well.

CINNAMON CAPPUCCINO MIX

Steps:

• Combine all, store in airtight containers. Add 3 Tablespoons to 6 ozs. hot water, stir well.

CAPPUCCINO IN A JAR

Steps:

• Have ready 2 (12 ounce) canning jars.
• Put the instant coffee into a food processor, and process to a fine powder.
• If you don't have a food processor, put it into a large plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pan.
• In a large bowl, combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
• Stir together until well mixed.
• Spoon into 2- 12 ounce jars.
• Attach a note to each jar that reads: Cappuccino: Mix 3 tablespoons of powder with 6 fluid ounces hot water.

INSTANT CAPPUCCINO MIX

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in bowl.
• Pour into wide-mouth jars for gifts.
• On label include instructions: TO SERVE, PUT 1/4 CUP MIX IN MUG. ADD 1 CUP BOILING WATER.
• NOTE: Coffee can be flavored, such as hazelnut or vanilla.

FLAVORED CAPPUCCINO MIX

Steps:

• In a mixing bowl combine powdered milk, sugar, coffee creamer and instant coffee granules. Store in an air tight container.
• To prepare beverage, stir 2 to 3 teaspoons of mix into 1 cup of hot water.
