Puppy Chow gets a peanut butter makeover with a childhood classic cereal!

Ingredients

4 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
4 1/2 cups Captain Crunch, regular
1 cup peanut butter chips, divided
1/2 cup chocolate chips, dairy free if needed
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup smooth, natural peanut butter
2 cups organic powdered sugar

Steps:

Melt 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, milk chocolate chips, and butter together in a double broiler or in the microwave on 50% power until chips are melted and butter is fully incorporated.
Stir in peanut butter.
Place cereal in a large bowl and pour chocolate mixture over. Gently stir to coat all of the cereal. Once all coated add the powdered sugar and stir gently again to fully coat all the cereal. [i](You can also do this in a large plastic/paper bag.)[/i]
Once cooled add in extra peanut butter chips and Serve!

Ingredients

5 cups peanut butter Captain Crunch cereal
5 cups Rice Krispies
3 cups miniature marshmallows
3 cups mixed nuts
1 1/2 lbs white chocolate

Steps:

Carefully combine first four ingredients in large bowl or roaster pan.
Place white chocolate (cut into chunks) in microwaveable dish.
Cook on high for 1 minute, stir, then again for 1 minute. Continue this until all the chocolate is melted.
Pour over mixture and gently stir.
Spread out on waxed paper.
After it cools and hardens, break into pieces and store in covered, sealed containers.
Preparation time includes microwaving time.

½ cup butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (17.5 ounce) package crispy corn and rice cereal
1 pound confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Melt the peanut butter with the butter or margarine and the milk chocolate. Pour over the cereal and toss until well coated.
Place the coated cereal in a large paper sack then add the confectioners' sugar, fold down the top of the bag and shake to coat.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
2 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
5 cups Chex cereal or 5 cups Crispix cereal
2 cups powdered sugar

Steps:

Mix all ingredients but the cereal and sugar in a large pot.
Heat on medium until butter and chocolate are melted.
Stir in cereal.
Transfer mixture to large paper bag or a bowl w/a lid.
Shake puppy chow in powdered sugar until coated.
Enjoy! :D.

Pour powdered sugar into large plastic bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated. Store in airtight container.
