2 cups graham cracker, crumbled
⅛ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 green apples, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted
caramel sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the crust ingredients.
  • Press into the bottom of a greased 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan.
  • Bake for 5 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix all the filling ingredients except the apples.
  • In another bowl, mix all the topping ingredients except the caramel.
  • Spread the filling over the graham cracker crust, then layer the apple slices on top.
  • Sprinkle the topping mix evenly over the apple layer. .
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Drizzle on caramel sauce.
  • Enjoy!

¼ cup caramel sauce, plus more for garnish
2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
½ tablespoon chocolate-covered toffee candy, heath, chopped
40 slices green apple

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and caramel sauce until well-combined.
  • Use a butter knife or offset spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture in a thin layer across a board. Drizzle with more caramel sauce and sprinkle with the peanuts and toffee candy.
  • Serve with apple slices.

8 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 cups brown sugar, lightly packed
1 cup Baileys Apple Pie
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups oats
2 cups all purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup Baileys Apple Pie

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Add the apples to a large bowl and sprinkle with the flour. Toss to coat, then set aside.
  • Make the Baileys caramel sauce: Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and whisk continuously for 1 minute, until the sugar starts to dissolve.
  • Add the Baileys Apple Pie and continue to whisk for 3-5 minutes, or until the caramel is smooth and starting to thicken. Whisk in the vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until incorporated.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and pour the caramel into the bowl with the apples, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Make the crumble topping: Add the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt to a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the melted butter and mix until incorporated, with the consistency of wet sand.
  • To assemble, spread the caramel-coated apples in an even layer in a 9x13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the top.
  • Bake the crumble for about 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the juices are bubbling. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve the crumble warm with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of Baileys Apple Pie.
