Piña Colada image

This variation on the classic Piña Colada is served at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico; it's finished with a dark rum float for extra flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2/3 cup pineapple juice
6 tablespoons canned sweetened cream of coconut (such as Coco López)
3 tablespoons white rum
2 cups ice cubes
4 teaspoons dark rum

Steps:

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in blender. Add ice and blend well. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Spoon 2 teaspoons dark rum over each and serve.
