Number Of Ingredients 11

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large onion, Chopped
1 green pepper, Chopped
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 (8 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, Cattle boyz

Steps:

  • In a heavy skillet heat oil over medium heat, Cook onion,celery until soft, add green pepper and drained mushrooms keep the juice,add later).
  • Cook for about 3 minitues remove from skillet.
  • Keep over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned
  • Return Vegetables to skillet.
  • add Chili Powder ,and Tomatoes,Paprika.
  • Add juice from mushrooms,And ,Cattle boyz BBQ Sauce, And Kidney beans. Mix well
  • Cover and simmer for 1 hour .
  • And experiance the flavor WOW.

1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons chili powder combined with 3 tablespoons water
1 can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 can red kidney beans

Steps:

  • Season beef with salt. Brown beef in hot skillet. Add onions, water, chile paste, tomatoes, sugar. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Uncover and cook for another 1/2 hour. Add one can red kidney beans and heat. Water can be added for desired consistency.

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 1/2 lbs beef flank steak, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
29 ounces tomato sauce
29 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
16 ounces kidney beans, rinsed and drained
15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
4 ounces green chilies
2 -3 tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
hot pepper sauce
cheese, shredded
onion, additional chopped

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, flank steak, onion, and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and drain.
  • Transfer to a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, tomatoes, beans, chilies, and seasonings.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Serve with hot pepper sauce, cheese, and onion if desired.
