Steps:
- Rice Cauliflower: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Grate cauliflower into rice consistency using either your food processor or a box grater. Spread cauliflower onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into as flat of a layer as possible. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower begins to brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees F (230 C).
- Dry Cauliflower: Spoon cauliflower into a cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- Make Dough: In a large bowl, stir to combine cauliflower and all remaining ingredients. Shape dough into a pizza round on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, carefully flipping the pizza crust halfway through cooking*.
- Make Pizza: Top pizza crust with your favorite sauces and toppings, then return to the oven until all melty and delicious, about 7 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500˚F (260˚C).
- Remove the leaves and stem of the cauliflower.
- Transfer pieces to a food processor and rice the cauliflower by pulsing it in the food processor, or by shredding it on a box grater.
- Once riced, transfer to a large bowl and microwave for 4 minutes. Let it cool down for a few minutes before handling!
- Transfer cooked cauliflower to a clean towel and wring out as much liquid as possible.
- Place wrung cauliflower in a bowl and combine with mozzarella, oregano, basil, salt, garlic powder, and an egg. Mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place cauliflower mixture in the middle. Spread out the mixture and form a circle out of the cauliflower mixture, pushing along the edge to raise a "crust."
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust has become golden brown in the center and on the edges.
- Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings, being careful not to overload the pizza.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 425° F. (If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven now)
- Place the thawed frozen cauliflower rice in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower out in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes, rotating the pan and stirring in between. Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add the cooked riced cauliflower, egg, cheese, almond flour and optional seasonings. Mix to combine and use your hands to knead well until a dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough on top. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and using your hands or a rolling pin, press down to form a crust to about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thickness, creating a raised wall around the edges.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread marinara sauce evenly on top of the crust.
- Sprinkle with grated mozzarella followed by desired toppings.
- Place the pan back in the oven and cook until the cheese melts. Slice and serve hot.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until fine. Steam in a steamer basket and drain well. (I like to put it on a towel to get all the moisture out.) Let cool.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with the mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, garlic powder and eggs. Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add desired toppings and bake an additional 10 minutes.

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (this is important - I tried without parchment and the cauliflower crust got soggy instead of crispy) and lightly brush it with olive oil. You can also use a 13-inch pizza pan, and cut a parchment circle to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Place the cauliflower florets in your food processor and rice them - process until their texture resembles rice.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Add the riced cauliflower and mix with a rubber spatula to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the center of the prepared baking sheet and use the spatula to press it into a thin 13-inch circle. Try to even it out so that it's all the same thickness, and don't allow the edges to be too thin, or they'll burn (but even if they do get too dark, they're still delicious).
