This cheesy breakfast pizza will be your next favorite meal. The pizza crust is piled with your favorite toppings with heaps of cheese for a tasty dish.

1 can prepared pizza crust
2 tbsp olive oil
6 eggs
3 tbsp milk
½ tsp dried basil
to taste Salt & Pepper
½ lb cooked and drained sausage
¼ cup cooked, or bacon bits Bacon
3 sliced, divided Green Onions
¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
8 oz Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese
2 oz Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • With 1 tablespoon olive oil, grease a 10x15 pan with a rim. Press dough into the pan and brush with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with basil. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, whisk eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat just until set, about 3-4 minutes. Eggs should be shiny and undercooked.
  • Sprinkle pizza with toppings. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley. Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

This family-favorite recipe is a brunch staple in our home. This breakfast pizza recipe is easy enough to make ahead of time or the morning of. It will bring the whole family together with its cheesy goodness!

1 can Crescent Rolls
1 lb Sausage or 1 lb Bacon or Assorted Veggies (Mushrooms, Red and Green peppers, Onions)
2 cups Frozen Hash Browns (or Potatoes O'Brien)
5 Eggs (Beaten)
1/4 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 T. Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Press rolls onto 12" pizza pan to make a crust. Spread out evenly over the entire pan, until you have a full pizza crust.
  • Brown sausage, crumble, and drain. If using bacon, fry until crisp, drain, and crumble. If using veggies, saute in butter for a few minutes and drain.
  • Layer meat of choice on crust and top with the potatoes and cheese.
  • At this point you can cover the pizza and put in the freezer if you want to serve it at a later date. When you are ready to use, take the pizza out and combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
  • Pour liquid over layers and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. If the pizza has been frozen, you will have to cook a little longer. Just make sure the center is cooked through.

2 (22.5 ounce) packages frozen hash brown patties
2 tablespoons butter
8 large eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Arrange 12 hash brown patties in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet; it's okay if they overlap a bit. Reserve remaining patties for another use.
  • Cook in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and use a spatula to press the edges of each hash brown together so they slightly stick together and fill the baking sheet. Return to the oven and cook until golden and crisp, about 15 more minutes.
  • While the hash browns are in the oven, melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring often, until very soft scrambled, 3 to 4 minutes; they will finish cooking in the oven.
  • Remove hash browns from the oven. Sprinkle with ¾ cup Cheddar cheese, then top evenly with scrambled eggs. Sprinkle bacon and remaining Cheddar over top. Return to the oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 more minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chives before cutting and serving.

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 large eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Tiger Sauce, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking up sausage into crumbles; drain. Stir in salsa and seasonings. Remove from heat., Unroll both tubes of crescent dough and press onto bottom and up sides of an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Press perforations to seal. Top with sausage mixture and cheddar cheese. In a bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt and pepper until blended; pour over sausage and cheese., Bake on a lower oven rack until crust is lightly browned and egg mixture is set, 23-28 minutes.
