- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheese, stuffing mix, onion, egg, nutmeg and pepper. Gradually stir in milk and broth., Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 50-55 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Sprinkle with bacon.,

This delicious broccoli casserole is made extra hearty with prepared stuffing on top. You can also make this a one dish meal by cooked and chopped chicken such as leftover rotisserie.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions using the butter and water.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, shredded cheese and cream of mushroom soup. Pour broccoli mixture into casserole dish. Spoon stuffing mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
CHEESY BROCCOLI & STUFFING CASSEROLE
This is really quick and SIMPLE "make ahead" dish for a holiday meal. The stuffing gives it a nice crunch on the top. Even though we used the "less fat" directions to make this dish, I think it was still full of great flavor. I also chose to use a "roasted garlic" flavor of stuffing mix, since that was the only one that did not contain chicken or turkey flavorings.

- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using 3 Tbsp of butter instead of 4.
- Heat cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta (or Cheez Whiz) over a low heat, and stir until well combined.
- Mix heated soup and cheese with the broccoli in a 2 qt baking dish.
- Top with stuffing.
- Bake for 30 minutes until heated through and top begins to brown.

My mom used to make this easy recipe every Thanksgiving when I was little. We kids could never get enough! It was our very favorite Thanksgiving vegetable. If you have children, or have some coming to visit you as guests this Thanksgiving, I guarantee that they will eat (and enjoy) this veggie dish! Even though I rarely cook with canned condensed soups, I still make this yummy broccoli casserole during the holiday season. It's fabulous with a Christmas ham and potatoes au gratin too. Mmmmmmm!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg and onions.
- Place frozen broccoli into a very large mixing bowl. (I like to use my large stainless steel bowl to mix this recipe thoroughly.) Break up the frozen broccoli. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup-mayonnaise mixture on top of broccoli, and mix well. Sprinkle on cheese, and mix well. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

- Preheat oven to 350*F
- Place broccoli in a steaming basket on stove and steam for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender to a fork.
- Remove broccoli from stove and chop into bite sized pieces. Place into a medium size mixing bowl.
- Add to broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, butter, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add 3/4 cup of cheese to broccoli mixture and mix well.
