CHEESY BAKED CRAB CASSEROLE
Crab casserole is served at Chinese buffet restaurants, and is so easy to make at home. It's a delicious dip that makes a great appetizer.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Shred the imitation crab and put it in a large mixing bowl
- Add the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and stir to combine
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper
- Spread the crab dip in a casserole dish
- Cover with the remaining cheddar cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly
- Serve warm with Ritz crackers

Steps:
- Preheat the broiler to high heat.
- Melt the butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the ham and thyme and continue to cook until the ham is lightly browned.
- Add the chicken broth and 3/4 cup water and bring to a simmer. Add the gnocchi, stir well, cover and cook until the gnocchi is slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Uncover and stir in the peas, cream, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and broil until golden and bubbly, about 3 minutes. Serve.

- Salt water, boil and add gnocchi. Cook for 3 mins.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chilli. Cook for 2 mins, stirring, then add the crab meat to heat through for 1 min.
- Add the gnocchi to the frying pan with crème fraîche and 5 tbsp of the cooking water. Cook for 2-3 mins, until the sauce develops. Stir in the parsley and serve!

- Spread mustard over bottom half of muffins. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with crab, lemon juice and zest. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top with muffin tops; set aside., In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, milk, mayonnaise, salt, cayenne and pepper. Pour over muffins; sprinkle with Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, onions and peppers. - Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Add tomato puree, sugar and crushed pepper; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. - Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, until softened, about 4 minutes. Add garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, and oregano and cook, stirring throughout, 2 minutes. Add kale a handful at a time, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Bring just to a boil; remove from heat.
