Cheesy Jalapeño Bacon Dip Recipes

CHEESY BACON JALAPENO POPPER DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside. I use my quiche pan, but any shallow baking dish will work.
• Add softened cream cheese and mayo to a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and combined. Add 1/2 the bacon, jalapenos, green chiles, cumin, and mexican and mozzarella cheeses.
• Transfer to prepared dish, smooth out with a rubber spatula.
• Combine melted butter, panko, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the dip. Sprinkle remaining bacon pieces over the top.
• Bake for 25 minutes, until panko is lightly golden brown and dip is bubbling.
• If desired, top cooked dip with slices of fresh jalapeno. Serve hot.

CHEESY JALAPEñO BACON DIP

Steps:

• In a large frying pan, fry bacon until crispy. Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
• Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 1 quart baking dish with a non stick spray. Set aside.
• In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy, then add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix until incorporated.
• Add cheese (saving 1/2 cup for topping), jalapeños, onions, cilantro to mixing bowl. Stir.
• Crumble bacon, add to bowl, stir, saving a small amount for the topping.
• Spoon into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon and pop in the oven.
• Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and mixture is heated thoroughly.
• Remove for oven, serve hot with corn chips or tortilla chips.

CHEESY BACON JALAPEñO DIP

Steps:

• PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
• WHISK cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth. Add 1/2 the bacon, 3/4 cup Jalapeños, green chiles, cumin, Mexican and mozzarella cheeses. Stir to blend.
• TRANSFER to pie dish.
• COMBINE remaining Jalapeños and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the dip along with the remaining bacon crumbles.
• BAKE for 20 minutes until dip is bubbling. Serve hot with your favorite crackers.

CHEESY BACON JALAPENO CORN DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• In a cast iron skillet or ovenproof skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Drain off all but 1 teaspoons of bacon grease remaining in skillet to grease the pan and add more bacon flavor to the dip. Crumble bacon.
• Combine corn, jalapeno, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, cayenne, half of the bacon, and half of the basil. Scoop into the skillet and bake for 20 minutes.
• Sprinkle with the remaining bacon and basil, and parmesan cheese to taste. Serve immediately.

CHEESY BACON JALAPEñO DIP

Steps:

• Cook bacon till crisp - drain well, removing all traces of fat. Crumble and set aside.
• Sauté tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic, salt, and pepper until thickened.
• Add pre-cooked bacon.
• Cut cream cheese into cubes; add to mixture, stirring until melted.
• Add green onions.
• Stir in heavy cream, simmer, stirring occasionally until desired consistency (approx.5-10 minutes).
• Serve with your favorite dippers.
