Number Of Ingredients 8

1 envelope onion soup mix
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup evaporated milk
2 pounds ground lamb
4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 12 cubes
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the soup mix, bread crumbs and evaporated milk. Crumble lamb over mixture and mix well. , Press half of the mixture into 12 greased muffin cups, filling each half full. Press one cube of cheese into the center of each cup. Cover with the remaining lamb mixture, mounding each slightly. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. , Meanwhile, combine the soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan; heat through, stirring until smooth. Serve over lamb cups.

3 slices cucumber
2 lime wedges
1 raspberry
3/4 ounce ginger flavored simple syrup
1 ounce bianco vermouth
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
1/2 ounce gin, such as Plymouth
Seltzer water

Steps:

  • In a cocktail shaker glass, muddle the cucumber, lime, raspberry and ginger syrup until broken down. Add the vermouth, elderflower liqueur, gin and 3 ice cubes. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  • Pour into a chilled Collins glass and top off with seltzer.

Nonstick cooking spray
1 pound frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
6 large eggs plus 2 large egg whites
6 slices provolone, 3 slices roughly chopped, 3 slices quartered
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup button mushrooms, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly spray a 6-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the thawed hash browns in a large bowl. Add the butter, thyme, 2 egg whites, chopped provolone and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Whisk thoroughly to combine. Evenly divide the potato mixture among the prepared muffin cups. Firmly press the potatoes into the bottoms and up the sides of each cup. Bake until golden brown and crispy, 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Place the zucchini rounds into the bottoms of each baked cup. Cover each with 2 pieces of provolone. Bake until the zucchini is softened and the provolone melts, an additional 3 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  • Crack a whole egg into a small bowl, then add it to the top of a baked cup. Repeat with the remaining eggs. Top each cup with mushroom slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny, 12 minutes more. Loosen from cups with a small knife and serve immediately.

From a Kraft magazine, looks good for Thanksgiving. *Update* I did make these for Thanksgiving, and everyone loved how the stuffing was baked, and crunchy. I added some chopped white onions as well to sautee with the celery.

1/4 cup butter (half stick)
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups water
1 (6 ounce) package stove top chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 egg, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter on large skillet on medium heat. Add celery; cook and stir 5 mins or until crisp-tender. Stir in water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in stuffing mix, cranberries and walnuts. Add 1 cup of the cheese and the egg; mix lightly.
  • Spoon stuffing mixture evenly into 8 greased medium muffin cups, mounding mixture as necessary to use all the stuffing mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Bake 10 mins or until cups are heated through and cheese is melted.

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon oil
8 eggs
3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C.
  • In a bowl, combine hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, and oil. Pack into the bottom half of the cups of a greased muffin tin.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with the bacon, salt, and pepper. Pour into the top half of each muffin cup.
  • Bake 15 minutes. Freeze up to 1 month.

3 tablespoons shredded cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked
6 eggs
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
green onion, to taste

Steps:

  • With a jar or cookie cutter, cut 2 circles into each piece of bread. Place in muffin tin cups.
  • Wrap a piece of cooked bacon along the edge of each muffin cup-make sure the bacon is JUST cooked and still warm, so it doesn't break or crumble.
  • Sprinkle ½ Tbsp. of shredded cheese into each cup.
  • Top with an egg. Season with salt & pepper, and bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15 min (longer for firmer yolk).
  • Top with green onion.
  • Enjoy!
