Light and fluffy unbaked cheesecake. Very fast and easy to make. Husband refuses to eat baked cheesecake after eating this!

Steps:
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a bowl until well incorporated and crumbly. Press into a pie plate, going up the sides as much as possible.
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Whisk whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour cream cheese into prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula, and refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours. Spread the cherry pie filling over the top, and refrigerate until serving.

These No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Bars are quick and easy cheesecake with a deliciously creamy texture and a crunchy graham cracker crust. They take only 15 minutes to make, then the cheesecake bars are placed in the fridge to set. The perfect dessert for summer!

Steps:
- Line an 8x8 (or 9x9) inch square pan with aluminium foil leaving an overhang on each side. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl stir together the graham crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar & melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until peaks form.
- In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese until soft. Then beat in th powdered sugar, vanilla extract & lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream using a rubber spatula until the mixture is even and no longer streaky.
- Spoon over top of the prepared crust and smooth the top. Chill in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
- To serve, lift the aluminum foil out of the pan and place the bars on a cutting board. Slice into bars.
- Top each bar with cherry pie filling.

- Make the crust: Line a 9-inch-square baking dish with aluminum foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on 2 sides. Put 1 stick butter, the granulated sugar and cocoa powder in a heatproof bowl and set over a saucepan of simmering water (do not let the bowl touch the water). Cook, stirring, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves. Add the egg and continue to cook, whisking, until the mixture is thick like hot fudge sauce, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the graham cracker crumbs, coconut and chopped walnuts. Spread in the prepared baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 45 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat the cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, the vanilla and salt in a bowl with a mixer on medium-high speed until creamy. Add the confectioners' sugar and beat until stiff, then beat in the heavy cream until fluffy. Spread over the crust, cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes.
- Make the topping: Put the chocolate and the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted. Quickly spread the chocolate over the filling. Top with whole walnuts and refrigerate until set, 30 minutes. Remove from the pan and cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
NO-BAKE CHERRY CREAM CHEESE DESSERT RECIPE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy. Alternatively, use a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
- Beat in the sweetened condensed milk , lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until a thick, batter-like mixture forms.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust .
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator until the filling is set, at least 4 hours. (Note: You can also freeze the pie up to this point to speed up the process. Freeze least 2 hours.)
- Once it's chilled, spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the pie.
- Slice and serve immediately.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish. Take half of the crescent rolls (4 crescent rolls) and lay them out on the bottom of the baking dish. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Once smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, and blend. Once blended, spoon onto the crescent rolls in baking dish and spread evenly. Top with can of cherry pie filling. Top with the last half (4 triangles) of the crescent rolls. Melt butter and pour on top of crescents.Top with granulated sugar and bake for 25 minutes or until browned. Serve warm with ice cream and whipped cream if desired.

- Prepare a 9 x 9" baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1 tbsp sugar; spread on bottom of prepared baking pan to form a crust.
- Mix the Dream Whip topping according to directions on the package, then beat in the softened cream cheese into the Dream Whip a little at a time.
- Add the remaining sugar and vanilla until well blended.
