Steps:
- Sprinkle coconut evenly on a sheet of waxed paper. In a medium bowl, stir together marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, condensed milk, walnuts and cherries. Shape into a log. Place on waxed paper and roll in coconut. Wrap with waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.

SUPER-EASY CHERRY ALMOND FUDGE

Steps:
- Line 9-inch square pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. In large microwavable bowl, microwave baking chips uncovered on High 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted.
- Stir frosting into melted chips. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour and spread into pan. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set.
- Using foil, lift fudge out of pan; remove foil. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows. Store tightly covered.

MERRY CHERRY FUDGIES
Gold Medal® all-purpose flour provides a simple addition to these chocolate cookies packed with cherries - a distinctive dessert!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Mix 1/4 cup butter and cream cheese. Stir in flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and the vanilla. Divide into 24 pieces. Press in bottom and side of 24 ungreased small muffin cups, 1 3/4x1 inch. Mix filling ingredients. Spoon 2 teaspoons into each.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool 1 hour.
- Loosen cookies with tip of knife. Remove to cooling rack. Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar and cherry juice. Drizzle over cookies; sprinkle with additional chopped cherries if desired.

- Line an 8-in. square pan with foil; butter the foil. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chips; stir until smooth. Beat in frosting and extract until smooth. - Line a 13-in. x 9-in. pan with foil and grease the foil with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter; set aside. In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, cream and remaining butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 4 minutes., Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla chips and marshmallow creme. Pour 1 cup into a bowl; set aside. Stir black cherry drink mix into the remaining marshmallow mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Spoon reserved marshmallow mixture over top; cut through mixture with a knife to swirl., Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Discard foil; cut into 1-in. squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Spray a 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a 3 quart saucepan combine sugar, sour cream, corn syrup, butter and salt.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Without stirring, let stand 15 minutes.
- Stir in walnuts, cherries and vanilla.

- Line 8-inch square pan with foil.
- Lightly press chopped cherries between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until melted; stir in powdered sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk until well blended.
- Microwave at HIGH 1-1/2 minutes; stir vigorously.
- Microwave at HIGH an additional 30 seconds at a time, until mixture is hot, slightly thickened and smooth when stirred.
- Do NOT boil.
- Stir in chopped cherries, pecans and almond extract.
- Spread mixture into prepared pan.
- Cover; refrigerate until firm.
- Remove foil; cut into squares.
- Garnish with cherry halves and slivered almonds pressed lightly onto fudge, if desired.
- Serve cold; refrigerate leftover fudge.
- NOTE: For best results, do not double this recipe.

- Place chocolate chips and condensed milk in a med saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cherries and vanilla.
- Chill 30 minutes.
- Divide mixture in half, place each portion on a 20in piece of waxed paper.
- Shape each piece into a 12in log.
- Press walnuts onto log.
- Wrap tightly, chill 2 hrs or until firm.
- Remove waxed paper and cut into 1/4in slices.
- Store in fridge.
