- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt until blended. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Shape into a ball (mixture will be soft); coat in walnuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers and vegetables.

- Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl with an electric mixer until completely blended. Turn cheese mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper and form it into the shape of a Christmas tree. Refrigerate cheese 'tree' until firm, at least 1 hour.
- Cut bell pepper into thin strips and 1 star shape.
- Press parsley into cheese tree to cover. Press bell pepper strips in a row to form a 'garland'. Make another 'garland' using chopped pecans. Place bell pepper star at the top of the 'tree'. Carefully transfer 'tree' to a serving platter.

- Add the room temperature cream cheese to a large bowl. I like to use a mixer to beat the cream cheese. This will help to loosen it up and avoid any lumps of cream cheese in the finished product.
- Next, add in the pineapple, one cup of the coconut, the graham crumbs, and the packet of pineapple jello. Just toss the powder into the bowl with the other ingredients. You do not need to prepare the jello first.
- Mix the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
- Place bowl in fridge for one hour.
- Once ready, portion mixture into tablespoons and roll into balls. Roll ball into remaining coconut.
- Place finished Pineapple Christmas Balls into a food-safe container. Keep refrigerated.

- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Drain fruits, reserving enough cherry and pineapple juices to measure 2-1/2 cups; add to gelatin with lemon juice. Set fruits aside., Divide gelatin mixture in half. Set aside one portion of gelatin at room temperature; chill the other portion until partially set. Fold pineapple into chilled gelatin; pour into a 13x9-in. dish. Chill until almost firm. , In a small bowl, beat the cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and salt until light and fluffy. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook 8 strips of bacon to desired crispiness (get the instructions HERE for our favorite way to cook bacon). Crumble 6 strips of bacon and set aside the other two strips for later.
- In a medium bowl, mix together crumbled bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, 2 of the green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread mixture in prepared 8 x 8 inch pan and cook for 10 minutes, then stir. Crumble the two remaining bacon strips and top the bacon cheese mixture with the bacon crumbles and remaining green onion. Cook for 5 more minutes, then remove from oven and serve with your favorite assorted crackers.
