Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are browned.
- In large bowl, mix soup, milk, mustard, salt, thyme and pepper. Stir in mushrooms, chicken, broccoli and water chestnuts. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover dish with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle French-fried onions over top. Bake uncovered about 15 minutes longer or until mixture is hot and bubbly.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
- Place the chicken in a large pot with water to cover. Add some salt, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a low simmer and cook the chicken until tender, about 45 minutes. Drain the chicken, cover, and refrigerate until cool, or up to 24 hours. Shred.
- Meanwhile, bring a medium pot of generously salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets, and boil until crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Spread the rice in an even layer in the baking dish. Make a second layer with the broccoli. In a large bowl, mix the chicken soup, the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, shredded chicken, half the Cheddar and some salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the broccoli and top with the remaining Cheddar. Bake for 40 minutes; let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

- Combine all ingredients except biscuits and topping in an 1 ½ quart casserole.
- Mix well.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F Grease a 10" round glass casserole dish.
- Rinse broccoli in cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly.
- Mix together the broccoli, carrots, 1 1/3 cups cheese, chicken, and onion right in the casserole dish.
- Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour on top of the chicken mixture that is in the casserole dish.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese. Bake another couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
- Cool 5 minutes Serve!
