EASY CHICKEN TACOS
With a simple spice rub, the chicken is cooked so quickly on the stovetop! Dice into small pieces and serve with pico, avocado + lime!

- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Season chicken with chili powder mixture. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Working in batches, add chicken to the skillet in a single layer and cook until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 4-5 minutes per side. Let cool before dicing into bite-size pieces. Serve chicken in tortillas, topped with pico de gallo, avocado, cilantro and lime.
CREAMY CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN TACOS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- In a large, nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Toss in the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the shredded chicken, salt, sour cream, and lime juice. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated and the mixture has heated through.
- Stir in the cilantro and immediately remove from heat.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a large serving bowl and toast the tortillas in the seasoned pan, about 3 minutes per side.
- Divide the mixture evenly between tortillas, top with pico de gallo, and serve.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Place Taco Seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of the chicken broth and mix to form a loose paste.
- Add chicken, turn to coat.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken for 3 minutes on each side until lightly seared. (Reserve marinade dregs in bowl)
- Remove chicken into a shallow dish.
- Return skillet to stove, reduce to medium. Add remaining chicken broth, tomato paste, sugar and scrape in any marinade left in the bowl. Mix to dissolve, scraping base of pan, and bring to simmer
- Meanwhile, shred chicken with forks, or chop (don't worry if raw inside).
- Return chicken into sauce, toss and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until sauce reduces to a thin syrup consistency (add water if reduces too fast). Adjust salt to taste.
- Transfer chicken and all sauce to serving bowl.

Steps:
- Begin by putting a tbs of oil into a medium sized skillet on medium high heat and another large pan with 1/4 inch of oil on the bottom on medium high heat.
- Once hot begin putting the tortillas in the large skillet one at a time until slightly crispy. After one is done, repeat until all are finished. and set on a plate with paper towels.
- Cut up chicken breast into one inch pieces and put in medium skillet with 1 tbs of cayenne and cook until tender. About 10 minutes, give or take.
- Cut off both ends of the cumcumber and grate it.
- Sauce: In a coffee or spice grinder, grind together the coriander, red pepper flakes and 1/2 tps of cayenne till a fine powder.
- In a food proccessor combine sour cream, juice of 1 lemon, the tomatoes and the powder made above.
- Now, BUILD YOUR TACO!

- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in oil. Remove chicken and set aside. To drippings, add mushrooms and garlic; saute 2 minutes. Stir in flour until mushrooms are coated. Gradually add water and bouillon; cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly., Return chicken to the skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Add the chicken, garlic, olive oil, lime, and spices, to a large bowl or zip-seal bag and stir or shake to combine.
- Heat a large pan to medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side or until it is no longer pink and the internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove from heat and cool for at least 5 minutes. Slice or chop into small cubes.
