CHICKEN CURRY SURPRISE BITES
I just hosted a 50th birthday party for a very good friend, (and it turned out for myself also!) and I made up this recipe being that I was overwhelmed. It turned out really good stuffed into mini pitas. I used more sambal and all 4 teaspoons curry powder. Everybody said I should put it on Zaar. So here goes:

Steps:
- Pull all the meat from the chicken, discarding skin, bones and gristle.
- When chicken meat is cooled, add mayo and all other ingredients.
- Combine and let set to develop flavors.
- I stuff them in mini-pitas cut in half. They were THE recipe at our party -- they are really good!

This was my first crock pot endeavor. It actually came out good. Just goes to show, you really CAN throw anything in a crock pot. This may seems like a lot of ingredients, but it was super!

Steps:
- Place chicken breast on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pile all other ingredients on top EXCEPT peanut butter.
- Turn crock pot to high and walk away for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, add peanut butter.
- Continue to cook for another 2 hours and serve over white rice.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin; brush tops with butter. Set aside., In a large skillet, cook beef and celery over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and celery is tender, 8-10 minutes, breaking beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in bread crumbs, curry powder and garlic salt., Spoon beef mixture evenly among bread slices. Roll up bread slices; secure with toothpicks. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes. When cool enough to handle, discard toothpicks and cut each roll-up crosswise into 3 slices. If desired, serve warm with cucumber raita and chopped fresh cilantro.
