CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Place the chicken thighs skin side down in the skillet and cook for about 13 minutes to crisp up the skin. Move the chicken around from time to time to ensure it cooks evenly. The skin should be hard to the touch.
- Flip the chicken, then cook for about another 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Add the garlic and onion, stirring until onions are translucent. Stir in the tomatoes and spinach until the spinach is wilted.
- Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, bringing to a boil.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and parsley, stirring until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Place the chicken back in the pan, spooning the sauce on top of the chicken.

HOMEMADE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA RECIPE BY TASTY
You've been itching for a change recently. You know, something to spice things up and throw a spanner into the monotony of routine. Enter: chicken tikka masala. Sure, it might take two days to throw together, but when you pair it with some fluffy steamed rice or buttery, garlic naan, it's well worth the wait. Don't believe us? Try it yourself!

Steps:
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized chunks. Combine the cubed chicken with the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, garam masala, and paprika and stir until well-coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C). Line a high-sided baking pan or roasting tray with parchment paper.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on bamboo or wooden skewers, then set them over the prepared baking pan, making sure there is space underneath the chicken to help distribute the heat more evenly. Bake for about 15 minutes, until slightly dark brown on the edges.
- Make the sauce: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat, then sauté the onions, ginger, and garlic until tender but not browned. Add the cumin, turmeric, coriander, paprika, chili powder, and garam masala and stir constantly for about 30 seconds, until the spices are fragrant. Stir in the tomato puree, tomato sauce, and 1 ¼ cups of water, then bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in the cream.
- Remove the chicken from the skewers and add to the sauce, cooking for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice or alongside naan bread.

CHICKEN, PIBIL STYLE

- 1. Prepare paste and juice and set aside. Then, with the tip of a sharp knife, pierce the chicken pieces in 4 or 5 places. Season with salt. Put the chicken in a large bowl. In another bowl, firmly mix the seasoning paste, orange juice, and half of the oil. Pour the mixture over the chicken and turn the pieces over to coat. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or overnight. 2. Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a large baking pan or clay casserole dish with aluminum foil pieces that are long enough to fold back over the top of the pan. Cut the banana leaves to line the pan, on top of the foil. Put the chicken breasts in the pan on the banana leaves then add the thighs and all of the marinade, overlapping the chicken pieces, if necessary. 3. In a medium skillet, heat the remaining oil and fry the onion until it begins to brown, about 4 minutes. Put the onion, tomato and chiles on top of the chicken. Fold the banana leaves completely over the chicken and then fold the foil over all, crimping the edges to make a tight seal. Bake 1 1/2 hours. - 1. Prepare the black beans, then the tomato sauce. Prepare the pickled onions, salsa, plantains (keep warm in 200° oven), and the tortillas. 2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the chicken 4 to 5 minutes per side or until lightly browned on the outside, firm to the touch, and no longer pink inside at the thickest part. Season with salt. 3. To assemble the dish, place 1 tortilla on each of 4 plates. Spread each with 1/2 cup of warm beans. Place a chicken breast on the beans. Top each breast with about 1/4 cup of heated tomato sauce. Sprinkle each serving equally with grated cheese. Garnish each plate with warm plantains, lettuce, and radishes.
