12 chicken drumsticks, skinless (Applied deep cit in it)
2 tablespoons vinegar
salt, as required
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg (separate egg white)
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon flour (already mixed chicken cube)
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
oil, -as required (for frying)

Steps:

  • First of all take drumstick wash it with warm water.
  • Take a bowl put flour, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce, honey, black pepper, salt, egg yellow marinate it in drumstick and leave it for 1 hour.
  • when you are going to fry then take egg white dip drumstick in it and fry it over slow flame.
  • when it gets golden brown in color then remove it from oil.
