CHIPPED BEEF DIP
An easy party dip recipe for a crowd, chipped beef dip made with cream cheese and pressed dried beef, seasoned with garlic and Worcestershire is always a hit!

Steps:
- Slice pressed beef into thin strips and then chop into smallish squares or cut into ½-inch pieces. Set aside.
- In bowl, place softened cream cheese and add garlic powder and Worcestershire and combine well with a fork. Add milk, a little at a time, to soften consistency for ease of spreadability. Add chopped beef and combine well. Taste for seasonings, adding a little salt and pepper, if desired.
- Transfer to a pretty serving bowl, add a little cocktail serving knife and serve with assorted crackers or jumbo corn chips. Enjoy!

- Fold in sour cream.

- Place beef in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 2/3 cup beef and the onion and Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour., Place remaining beef in a small shallow bowl. Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in beef to coat evenly. Wrap; refrigerate at least 1 hour. CHIPPED BEEF DIP
This is an easy cold dip that my husband begs me to make every holiday. I originally got the recipe from my mother-in-law, and I substituted chives for the green onion since I am allergic to onions. They can be added back into the recipe if desired. I serve this with celery sticks, baby carrots, sliced peppers, and crackers.
