Chocolate Banana Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipes

CHOCOLATE-BANANA BARK

Steps:

• Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP, then bananas.
• Spread into 12-inch thickness on parchment-covered baking sheet.
• Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over pudding.
• Freeze 2 hrs. or until firm.
• Transfer bark to cutting board; cut into small pieces to serve.

CHOCOLATE BANANA FROZEN YOGURT BARK

Steps:

• Mix the yogurt, honey and cocoa powder together in a bowl until well combined.
• Chop the banana into round bite sized slices.
• Pour half of the yogurt mixture into a dish lined with parchment paper. Add a layer of banana on top. Spread the remaining yogurt on top and then finish with more banana slices.
• Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or overnight until solid.
• Remove from the freezer and cut into chunks with a sharp knife.
• Serve immediately or put the pieces of bark into a freezer bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.

CHOCOLATE BANANA FROZEN YOGURT

Steps:

• In medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together cocoa and sugar.
• Stir in evaporated milk.
• Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved.
• Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup.
• Cool completely.
• Add yogurt and banana, stir with whisk until blended.
• Refrigerate several hours until cold.
• Pour mixture into 1 quart ice cream machine.
• Use manufacturer's directions to finish it off.
