Chocolate baskets is an easy, fancy recipe perfect for decorating desserts. Chocolate is first melted, then piped into a basket. Once set, you can fill it how you like.

Ingredients

empty wine bottle,
baking paper,
tape,
dark chocolate, melted,
white chocolate, melted,
custard,
Strawberries,
Raspberries,
Blueberries,
Mint,

Steps:

Place a strip of baking paper around an empty wine bottle and secure it with tape. Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate.
Use the dark chocolate to make a swirl pattern on top of another piece of baking paper.
Then fill in the gaps with white chocolate.
Go on decorating quickly.
Before the chocolate has set entirely, place it around the glass bottle and secure it with tape.
Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Carefully remove the baking paper.
Fill the chocolate basket with the custard.
Add the fruits.Serve and enjoy!
