8 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
¾ cup packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup vanilla baking chips

Steps:

Into large microwavable bowl, measure cereal; set aside. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave brown sugar, butter and corn syrup uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until melted and smooth. Stir in baking soda until dissolved. Pour over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave on High 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread on cookie sheet. Cool 10 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave vanilla baking chips uncovered on High about 1 minute 30 seconds or until chips can be stirred smooth (bowl will be hot). Drizzle over snack. Refrigerate until set. Store in tightly covered container.

Easy Chocolate Chex Mix is the ultimate, easy, crispy, droolworthy, snack or dessert. Perfect for that special someone, any time of the year!

Ingredients

4 cups Chex cereal, your favorite variety (rice or corn are gluten free)
2 cups pink candy melts
1 cup M&M's
1 cup conversation hearts
sprinkles of your choice

Steps:

Take a pot and fill it with 1 or 2 inches and heat over low temperature. Place a glass or metal bowl inside the pot and fill it with candy melts. Stir frequently until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
Pour Chex into a large bowl, followed by your melted pink candy, and turn/mix gently until evenly coated. You can use your hands if you are having trouble with complete coverage.
Pour mixture out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment, and spread out into a single layer. Let sit for an hour to dry.
Once dry, grab/break up any pieces that have stuck together, and then add M&M's, sprinkles, and conversation hearts on top.
Toss again to blend, and serve/enjoy as desired.

Steps:

5 cups Chex Mix™ Popped Sweet & Salty snack mix
36 jelly beans

Steps:

Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
In large microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate and butterscotch chips uncovered on High 1 minute. Stir; continue to microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
Gradually stir snack mix into melted chips until evenly coated. Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups, pressing mixture in bottom and up side of each cup to form a little nest. Let stand until set, about 1 hour.
Remove nests from muffin cups. Place 3 jelly beans in each nest.

1 (10 oz) package pretzels
5 cups Cheerios (you can use plain or my favorite is the Multi-Grain Peanut Butter)
5 cups Corn Chex
2 cups peanuts (or mixed nuts)
2 (12 oz) packages plain M & M's
2 (12 oz) packages white chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

In a VERY large bowl (or two medium bowls), combine the first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat white chips and oil on high for 60 seconds (you could also melt chocolate and oil in a double boiler pan). Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds and stir until completely melted and smooth (you may need to microwave for a couple more seconds). Pour melted chocolate over cereal mix and stir until all the cereal is evenly covered with white chocolate. Spread cereal mix on 2 large baking sheets (I used cookie sheets) lined with wax paper. Let cool and then break apart into chunks.
Store in an air tight container.

Steps:

In a large bowl mix together all ingediants, except white chocolate chips and oil.
In a glass bowl mix together white chocolate chips and oil.
Microwave white chocolate and oil for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Stir white chocolate luntil completely melted.
Pour melted white chocolate over chex mix.
Mix very well, until all chex mix ix coated.
Spread coated chex mix in a single lay on wax paper or tin foil.
Let harden.
Break up and store in an air tight container.
