Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees F.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and pudding mix. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Combine flour and baking soda and set aside.
- Add flour mixture until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into 1" balls and place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or covered in a silicone baking liner.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Steps:
- Crust: Combine first three ingredients (graham, sugar and marg).
- Press firmly into bottom of 13x9 pan.
- Chill 15 minutes.
- 1st Layer: Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and milk till smooth.
- Fold in 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (1/2 a container).
- Spread over crust.
- 2nd Layer: Beat pudding with 3 1/2 cups of milk for 2 minutes.
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Chill hours or overnight.
- 3rd Layer: Spread rest of Cool Whip over top, or before serving put dollop of Cool Whip on top of each piece.

- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add milk; stir until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. - Heat oven to 375°F. Make and bake cookies as directed on pouch. Cool completely, at least 20 minutes. Set aside 4 cookies for garnish.
- In food processor, process half of the remaining cookies to coarse crumbs. Remove to medium bowl. Continue to process second half of remaining cookies to coarse crumbs; add to bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup melted butter until well blended. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, press cookie crumb mixture firmly in bottom. Set aside.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup softened butter and the brown sugar with electric mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls all over cookie crust, and spread evenly.
- In medium bowl, beat dry pudding mixes and milk with whisk about 2 minutes or until thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Drop whipped topping by spoonfuls over pudding layer; spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, crumble remaining 4 cookies; sprinkle cookies and remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips on top. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pieces.

- Combine the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add the eggs and mix well. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and the chopped nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.

- Combine 1/2 cup milk and cornstarch in a small bowl. Whisk or stir with a fork until smooth and all lumps have been incorporated.
- Combine remaining milk with sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Cook, whisking as needed to prevent lumps from forming, until mixture begins to thicken, 8 to 10 minutes. Add chocolate chips and salt. Continue stirring until chips are completely melted and pudding is smooth and thickened, about 7 minutes more.
- Pour pudding into 1 large bowl or 6 individual bowls. Place plastic wrap directly on top of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming; smooth it gently against the surface. Refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.
