5 cups Cheerios
5 cups Corn Chex
2 cups salted peanuts
1 pound chocolate M&M's
1 package (10 ounces) mini pretzels
2 packages (12 ounces each) white baking chips
3 tablespoons canola oil

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and oil at 70% power for 1 minute, stirring once. Microwave on high for 5 seconds; stir until smooth. , Pour over cereal mixture and mix well. Spread onto three waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Cool; break apart. Store in an airtight container.

1 pound white chocolate
3 cups crispy rice cereal squares
3 cups crispy corn cereal squares
3 cups toasted oat cereal
2 cups thin pretzel sticks
2 cups peanuts
1 (12 ounce) package mini candy-coated chocolate pieces

Steps:

In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, slowly melt the white chocolate. In a large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, peanuts and candy coated chocolates. Slowly pour the chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir to evenly coat.
Spread the mixture onto wax paper and cool. Break into small pieces, store in an air-tight container and refrigerate to keep fresh.

6 cups Rice Chex
2 cups Chocolate Chex
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup seedless strawberry jam
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups ground almonds
1 cup white baking chips
Sprinkles, optional

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the cereals. In a microwave, melt the chocolate chips, jam and butter; stir until smooth. Add the extract. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with almonds; toss to coat., Immediately spread onto waxed paper. In a microwave, melt white chips; stir until smooth. Drizzle over cereal mixture. If desired, add sprinkles. Let stand until set. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.

3 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
3 cups Rice Chex
1 (8 ounce) can salted peanuts
1 (12 ounce) bag M&M's plain chocolate candy
1 (8 ounce) bag pretzels
2 (12 ounce) bags white chocolate chips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

In a large bowl mix together all ingediants, except white chocolate chips and oil.
In a glass bowl mix together white chocolate chips and oil.
Microwave white chocolate and oil for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Stir white chocolate luntil completely melted.
Pour melted white chocolate over chex mix.
Mix very well, until all chex mix ix coated.
Spread coated chex mix in a single lay on wax paper or tin foil.
Let harden.
Break up and store in an air tight container.
ENJOY!
