Ingredients

1 cup flour
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 -2 cup Cool Whip

Steps:

Mix first layer ingredients together and spread into a 9x13-inch pan.
Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Mix together second layer and spread onto cooled first layer.
Mix together third layer and spread on and refrigerate.
Top with softened Cool Whip just before serving.
Enjoy!

1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in milk and chocolate. Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks. Return to heat and cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Chill before serving.

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup whipped topping, divided
2/3 cup cold 2% milk
3 tablespoons instant chocolate pudding mix

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the flour, pecans and butter; press into 2 ungreased 8-ounce ramekins. Bake at 350° until crust is lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth; fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust. , In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Chill until serving.
