CHOCOLATE CLEARING FACIAL

Ingredients

3 tablespoons oatmeal
1/2 cup powdered unsweetened cocoa
1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and removed from skin
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup heavy cream, plus a little bit to adjust consistency
1 tablespoon cottage cheese

Steps:

Put oatmeal in a blender and grind until it is a fine powder. Combine the oatmeal powder in a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined, use the back of a spoon to work in the avocado. Add a splash more of heavy cream if the mixture is too stiff, it should be the consistency of frosting. Using your finger tips gently apply the mixture to your face keeping clear of you eye lids and the delicate skin under the eye. Keep on for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Using a small microwave safe bowl, soften coconut oil in microwave for about 5-6 seconds. Add cocoa powder and stir until well combined. Continue stirring until creamy. Apply to face with brush or fingers. Let sit 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm wet cloth.

Apply to face.
Leave on face for ten minutes.
When taking off the facial, try patting the face with a warm washcloth to dampen before removing.
Apply moisturizer.
