Baileys Chocolate Lasagna is easy, no bake dessert recipe perfect for Christmas or New Year's Eve to feed the crowd. This layered dessert is really decadent, boozy and met-in-your-mouth good!

36 Oreo cookies-ground
½ cup unsalted butter-melted
3 ½ cups heavy cream-chilled
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 x 3.9 oz. chocolate instant pudding mix
2 ¼ cups milk
½ cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
1 ¼ cup whipped cream
½ cup unsalted butter-softened
8 oz. cream cheese (brick style)-softened
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
¼ cup (1-0.7 oz envelop) instant white-hot cocoa mix
1 Tablespoon of instant hot cocoa mix-milk chocolate flavor
1 ½ cup whipped cream
4 cups whipped cream-divided
1/3 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
12 mini candy canes

Steps:

  • To make the crust place whole Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor and ground in fine crumbs. Stir in melted butter and press the mixture in the bottom of 13 x 9 inches casserole dish. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm while making next layer.
  • Beat heavy whipping cream and vanilla until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and continue mixing until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • For pudding layer in a bowl whisk instant chocolate pudding mix, milk and Baileys until it starts thickening. Mix in 1 ¼ cup whipped cream and spread over Oreo crust. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  • To make Baileys Cheesecake Layer, beat softened butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Mix in whipped cream, Baileys and white chocolate and milk chocolate instant hot cocoa mix. Spread over pudding layer.
  • Set in the fridge or freezer to firm.
  • Spread 2 cups of whipped cream on top and place in the fridge for a few hours to set, or preferably overnight). Store leftovers of whipped cream for serving. (If you do not want to pipe the swirls when serving, then spread all of remaining whipped cream on top before chilling.)
  • Before serving pipe swirls of whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and stick a mini candy cane in each slice. Do not sprinkle crushed candies in advance, it will melt and won't look pretty.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge.

This OMG Chocolate Lasagna Dessert has all the layers of flavor you expect from a great lasagna - except those layers are sweet, creamy, and chocolatey.

1 package, 36 cookies Oreos
6 Tablespoons butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
3 1/4 cups milk, plus 2 Tablespoons, divided
1 12 oz tub Cool Whip, divided
2 3.9 oz packages instant chocolate pudding
mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Place oreos in a large ziplock bag. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. ( you can also use a food processor for this step)
  • Into a medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish and use a spatula to evenly press the crumbs into the baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy. Next add in the vanilla, 2 Tablespoons of milk and 1/4 cup of sugar and mix well.
  • Divide Cool Whip in half . Take one of the halves and mix into the cream cheese mixture. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust and place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.
  • In the meantime, in a large bowl, mix together the 2 pudding mixes and 3 1/4 cups cold milk and beat until it starts to thicken.
  • Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and put back into the fridge to set for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Once set, gently spread the remaining half of the Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let chill for at least 4 hours in the fridge or 1 hour in the freezer before you slice.

8 oz. cream cheese-softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 (0.73 oz) envelops of instant hot cocoa mix (milk chocolate flavor)
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
2 (3.8 oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
2 ¾ cups milk
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream (or 2 ½ cups whipped cream)
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups mini marshmallows
Chocolate topping or Nutella for serving

Steps:

  • To make the crust place whole Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor and ground in fine crumbs. Stir in melted butter and press the mixture in the bottom of 13 x 9 inches casserole dish. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm while making next layer.
  • To make Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse Layer, beat softened butter and cream cheese with vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.
  • In another bowl beat heavy whipping cream and instant milk chocolate powder until stiff peaks form. Fold half of hot chocolate whipped cream in cheesecake mixture, then fold in another half ( scrape well the bottom of the bowl to incorporate everything well). Then, spread over the crust and set in the fridge or freezer to firm.
  • For pudding layer in a bowl whisk instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until it starts thickening. Stir in mini marshmallows and spread over hot chocolate mousse layer. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  • When pudding layer has set, make whipped cream. Beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread whipped cream on top of pudding layer and place in the fridge for a few hours or better overnight.
  • Before serving scatter 2 cups of mini marshmallows over whipped cream.
  • Serve drizzled with melted chocolate, Nutella or chocolate topping.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge.

6 tablespoon butter-melted
8 oz cream cheese-softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cold milk
12 ounce tub Cool Whip-divided
2 - 3.9 ounce packages Chocolate Instant Pudding.
3 1/4 cups cold milk
1 and 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a food processor finely crushed Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • In a large bowl using a fork mix Oreo with 6 tablespoons melted. When the butter is mixed, transfer it to a 9 x 13 inch dish and using a spatula press down the crumbs into the bottom.
  • Transfer the crust in the refrigerator while you are mixing the fillings.
  • Mix the cream cheese until it's fluffy, add 2 tablespoons of milk and sugar, and mix well. Stir in 1 and 1/4 cups Cool Whip.
  • Spread the mixture over the crust.
  • In a medium bowl mix chocolate instant pudding with 3 and 1/4 cups cold milk. Whisk for a few minutes until the pudding starts to thicken
  • Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes to firm up the pudding.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip over the top and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips.
  • Freezer for 1 hour, or the refrigerate for 4 hours before serving

With the majority of the ingredients being fat-free, it is one that you make and not feel guilty about serving. My kids ask me to make it every time we go to any type of gathering, and when I bring it everyone says they love it.

3 cups skim milk
2 (8 ounce) tubs fat-free whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), divided
1 (14.4 ounce) box chocolate graham crackers
1 (1.5 ounce) milk chocolate candy bar (such as Hershey's®), cut into pieces

Steps:

  • Whisk white chocolate pudding and skim milk together in a bowl until thickened and smooth; fold in 1 tub whipped topping.
  • Line a 9x13-inch casserole dish with 1 layer of graham crackers. Spread 1/2 the pudding mixture over graham cracker layer. Repeat layering with graham crackers and remaining pudding mixture, ending with a layer of graham crackers. Spread 1 tub whipped topping over top graham cracker layer; sprinkle with candy bar pieces. Chill in refrigerator until set, 2 to 4 hours.
