3 cups Chocolate Chex™ cereal
3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
1/2 cup peppermint flavored dark chocolate pieces

Steps:

In large microwavable bowl, measure cereal. Set aside. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
In medium microwavable bowl, microwave mint chips uncovered on Medium (50%) about 1 minute, stir. Microwave an additional 15 seconds at a time, until chocolate is mostly melted and can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal, evenly coating pieces.
Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread on waxed paper; cool 5 minutes. Stir in candies. Store tightly covered.

Steps:

Everyone loves Chex mix and this delicious White Chocolate Chex Party Mix is always a hit at family parties or as gifts for friends in your favorite holiday tin. It is super easy and makes a lot.

Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package pretzels
5 cups Cheerios (you can use plain or my favorite is the Multi-Grain Peanut Butter)
5 cups Corn Chex
2 cups peanuts (or mixed nuts)
2 (12 oz) packages plain M & M's
2 (12 oz) packages white chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

In a VERY large bowl (or two medium bowls), combine the first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat white chips and oil on high for 60 seconds (you could also melt chocolate and oil in a double boiler pan). Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds and stir until completely melted and smooth (you may need to microwave for a couple more seconds). Pour melted chocolate over cereal mix and stir until all the cereal is evenly covered with white chocolate. Spread cereal mix on 2 large baking sheets (I used cookie sheets) lined with wax paper. Let cool and then break apart into chunks.
Store in an air tight container.

5 cups rice cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup mint chocolate candy
1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix coconut oil and chocolate. Melt in microwave for 60 seconds. Stir every 15 seconds until melted.
Add extract into melted chocolate.
Place cereal in large bowl. Mix in melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
In a large plastic bag, add powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Close and shake until each cereal is coated with sugar. Add in mint chocolate candies.
