- 2. Melt chocolate with cream in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Spread chocolate over crust. Freeze until chocolate sets.
- 3. For filling: Whisk milk, eggs, confectioner's sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, over medium heat. Continue to cook until very thick, about 2 more minutes. Transfer to a bowl and \whisk in cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla. - Make the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9-inch pie plate. Pulse the graham crackers and peanuts in a food processor until finely ground. Add the melted butter and pulse to combine. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the side of the prepared pie plate. Bake until set, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.
