3-1/2 cups cold milk
Nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
  • Press firmly into bottom of 13- by 9-inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.
  • Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Using 3-1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package.
  • Pour over cream cheese layer.
  • Chill several hours or overnight.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.
  • Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts, if desired.

1 pkg. (6-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
2-1/2 cups cold milk
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1/2 cup prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Prepare pudding with the milk as directed on pkg. for pie. Remove 1 cup of the pie filling; place in medium bowl. Set aside. Pour remaining pie filling into crust.
  • Add whipped topping to reserved pie filling; stir gently with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over filling layer in crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cold milk
1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
3-1/4 cups cold milk

Steps:

  • Process cookies in food processor until fine crumbs form. Transfer to medium bowl; mix in butter. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Whisk cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  • Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/4 cups milk with whisk 2 min.; pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened; cover with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours.

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk

Steps:

  • Mix flour, chopped pecans, and margarine together. Press into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and cool whip. Spread mixture on cooled crust, set aside.
  • Mix instant pudding with milk. Put this mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with cool whip (as much as you want) and a few chopped pecans.
  • (Any type of pudding will do, but since it's called chocolate delight, I went with chocolate pudding.).

½ cup butter
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, cut the butter into the flour with a pastry blender or two knives, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in pecans, press into bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake 15 minutes, or until golden. Cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 cup whipped topping with electric mixer until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix and milk until there are no lumps. Combine cream cheese mixture and milk mixture and stir until smooth. Pour onto cooled crust. Spread remaining 2 cups of whipped topping on top of pudding mixture. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts over all. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

This is my favorite dessert. I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. It has just the right amount of sweetness. The crust gives this the perfect crunch. This is a guaranteed hit at a dinner/party or just at home. This recipe can be easily doubled or halved. Everyone will want seconds so be sure to make copies of this recipe or you may end up making it for all future dinners. Enjoy!

1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups whole milk
4 egg yolks, beaten with a fork
6 1/2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 baked pie shell (store-bought is fine)
Optional toppings: whipped cream, hot fudge sauce, caramel sauce, chopped walnuts, raspberries and sprinkles
