These peanut butter bar cookies are packed with chocolate chunks.

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
½ cup light butter, softened
¼ cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend
⅓ cup packed SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (11.5 ounce) package NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine flour and baking soda in small bowl; set aside.
  • Combine peanut butter, butter, SPLENDA® Sugar Blend and SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend in large bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chunks. Press into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan, distributing chocolate chunks evenly.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars; slice each bar in half diagonally.

6 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 lb lean kielbasa, diced
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Roll bread until very thin, spread with peanut butter and cut in half on the diagonal.
  • Place a mound of kielbasa in the center of each triangle, fasten 2 corners of the bread together with a toothpick.
  • Brush with melted butter and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

1 (4 ounce) package whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter (or creamy, if preferred)
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup finely snipped raisins or 1/2 cup dried apricot
flaked coconut (optional)
apples or pear, slices
cracker

Steps:

  • In small mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese and peanut butter.
  • Add milk, 1 TBSP at a time, stirring until blended.
  • Stir in honey.
  • Stir in raisins or apricots.
  • Scrape mixture into a serving bowl.
  • If desired, sprinkle coconut on top.
  • Serve with fruit slices and/or crackers.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers in a covered container.

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup raisins
1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugars and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, salt and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips, raisins, peanuts and coconut., Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.

2 cups salted peanuts
1 (12 ounce) package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups raisins

Steps:

  • Coarsely chop peanuts and set aside.
  • Add both bags of chocolate chips to a sauce pan and melt chocolate over med/low heat. Stirring occasionally until all chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
  • Then add in peanut butter and stir until mixed in and melted.
  • Fold in the nuts, and raisins. Mix until combined.
  • Drops by Tablespoon sizes onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  • Let the clusters set up for 3-4 hours, or you can place them in the fridge to set up faster.
