1 fluid ounce peppermint schnapps
2 fluid ounces chocolate liqueur
2 fluid ounces half-and-half

Steps:

Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside edge of a martini glass; place glass in the freezer.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur, and cream into shaker. Cover, shake, and strain martini into the prepared martini glass.

Steps:

Place Kahlua, chocolate liqueur, vodka, and chocolate milk (or cream) into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine, then strain into glass. Top with chocolate shavings and garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.

3/4 ounce butterscotch schnapps
1/2 ounce goldschlager
1/2 ounce Jagermeister
1 dash light cream
3 -5 raisins, for garnish
simple syrup
cinnamon sugar

Steps:

Rim: wet the rim of a martini glass with simple syrup and dip into cinnamon sugar several times to ensure coverage; set glass aside.
Drink: add Irish cream, Goldschlager, schnapps, Jagermeister, and light cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake moderately.
Strain into prepared glass.
Garnish with 3-5 skewered raisins.

2 tablespoons sugar
½ tablespoon cinnamon
3 oz espresso, freshly pulled
1 tablespoon heavy cream, plus more for dipping the rim
ice, for shaking
1 ½ oz Smirnoff® Original Vodka

Steps:

In a small, shallow bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Add 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon sugar to the espresso and stir until the sugar dissolves. Set aside for a few minutes to cool slightly.
Dip the rim of a 4-ounce martini glass in heavy cream, then coat with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the espresso mixture, Smirnoff® Original Vodka, and remaining tablespoon of heavy cream. Place the lid on the shaker and shake for 1 minute, until very cold.
Strain the martini into the prepared glass.
Enjoy!
