all purpose flour, for dusting
14 oz refrigerated pizza dough
½ teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup old fashion oat
3 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
On a floured surface, use a rolling pin or your hands to roll or press out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
Make the cinnamon-sugar topping: In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, oats, and McCormick® Ground Cinnamon with a rubber spatula until well combined.
Spread the cinnamon sugar topping evenly over the pizza dough.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the edges of the dough are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
While the pizza cools, make the cream cheese icing: In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy and smooth.
Pipe or drizzle the icing over the pizza and sprinkle with the McCormick® Ground Cinnamon.
Slice the pizza into 8 pieces, then serve.

PIZZA DOUGH:
Store-bought or homemade dough rolled out onto oiled pizza pan.
STREUSEL:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter or margarine (NOT light!)
SUGAR GLAZE:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons water or milk

Steps:

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Dice up CHILLED butter/margarine and add to dry mix. Mix with hands until you can form a sort of "snow ball" with mixture. Crumble mixture, leaving crumbles big, and spread over pizza dough. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 20 minutes until dough bottom is golden. Combine powdered sugar & milk to make a glaze. Drizzle glaze on cooked pizza when fresh from the oven. Let sit for 5 minutes, then cut & serve warm. Bon Appetit!!!

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Press cookie dough evenly into a 12 inch pizza pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12 inch pizza sheet lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
Add flour and salt to the water, sugar, and yeast. Mix this until smooth and let it raise for 10 minutes. I used my kitchenaid mixer with the dough hook and it was so easy and worked great!
Roll the dough into a 12 inch circle and place on top of pizza pan. If you want the dough to be thinner, divide it in half and use the other half for pizza. Once it is in the pizza pan let it rest for 10 minutes.
