- Gather ingredients. Spray inside of a mug with PAM Cooking Spray.
- Combine oatmeal, water, and Egg Beaters® Original in the mug. Mix well.
- Add in vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix well.
- Microwave for 4 minutes. #SpoonTip: Keep an eye on the mug, as the souffle will rise and might overflow.
- Let the mug cool for 1-2 minutes. #SpoonTip: Add toppings like berries and nuts for an even tastier breakfast.

- Remove thin crusts frombread, and tear into small pieces.
- Place into buttered 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Pour pineapple and juice over bread & set aside.
- Cream together margarine and sugar,.
- Add eggs to margarine-sugar mixture and mix well.
- Pour creamed mixture over bread and pineapple.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over souffle.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Brush a 9-inch square baking dish with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
- Whisk flour, 2 tablespoons white sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Work 3 tablespoons softened butter into flour mixture using your hands. Beat milk and egg together in another bowl; pour into flour-butter mixture and stir with a rubber spatula until a soft dough forms.
- Turn dough out onto a floured work surface and roll dough into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle. Brush surface of dough with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
- Whisk 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar over butter-brushed dough. Roll dough around filling to form a log; cut log into 18 rolls and place rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until rolls are set, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Beat confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, 1/4 cup softened butter, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until frosting is smooth. Top hot cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.

CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE SOUFFLE

Steps:
- Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
- Sprinkle layer of cinnamon roll cubes into pan, follwed by layer of cream cheese cubes.
- Add another layer of each until all the cream cheese has been used.
- Blend eggs, margarine, milk, and syrup until smooth and pour over top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Remove plastic and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
- While cooling for 10 minutes, make the apple cider syrup.
- For syrup, combine ingredients in sauce pan and cook over medium heat, stirring until it thickens.
- Pour overtop the souffle and serve warm.

This is such a simple recipe and so delicious. I have been going through a lot of my cookbooks looking for recipes with cinnamon. I have diabetes and cinnamon helps lower your blood sugars. This recipe is a keeper for anyone though. It's especially good served warm with vanilla icecream..

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thinly slice crust off of the bread and tear bread into small pieces. Layer in a sprayed 9x13" glass baking dish. Pour pineapple and juice over top of bread. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and pecans and blend well. Pour creamed mixture over bread and pineapples and bake for 40 minutes Serve warm with or without icecream
